No confirmation = no booking

No deposit = no appointment

Squeeze-in fee: + €25

Holidays / late night / early morning fee: + €20

 

If you can’t find the style you’re looking for, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. We’ll be happy to discuss custom options. Please do this before selecting the freestyle option.

 

Non-refundable booking fee: Required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Must be done at least 72 hours in advance. In case of an emergency, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within the same month of the original appointment. However, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations & No-shows: Cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge, payable before rebooking.
Punctuality: Arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, an additional €10 will be charged. Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Hair preparation: Hair must be clean, product-free, and detangled. Blow-drying is included. Add a detangling service if needed, unless already included as an add-on.
Hair length: Minimum of 10 cm required for all styles. Please contact us if you are unsure before booking.
Permed hair: We do not braid freshly permed hair.
Small styles: XS and S braids/twists cannot be booked after 1 PM. Bookings outside these times will be canceled.
Braiding hair: Synthetic braiding hair (straight and curly for boho styles) is included. It is not possible to bring your own human hair. Please consult us first. Please specify your desired color code in the notes when booking. If no color is specified, you will receive one of the in-stock colors.
Human hair: Styles requiring human hair must be purchased by the client or requested via WhatsApp.

 

Deposit policy: The deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment. Incorrect service bookings are non-refundable.
Last-minute cancellations / no-shows: A 100% charge applies if you cancel or miss your appointment after 15 minutes.
Respect: Please treat our staff with respect. Inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation of your appointment.
Service changes: Please notify us in advance if you wish to change your hairstyle.
Automatic cancellation: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full balance will still be charged.

 

 

House of Braids also offers on-location appointments. A travel fee of €0.38 per km applies. Please contact us to discuss details and availability.

Kun je de gewenste stijl niet vinden? Neem dan contact met ons op via WhatsApp. We bespreken graag de mogelijkheden voor een custom stijl. Doe dit graag vóórdat je de freestyle optie selecteert.

 

Niet-restitueerbare aanbetaling: Vereist om je afspraak vast te leggen.
Herplannen: Minimaal 72 uur van tevoren. In geval van nood kan de aanbetaling worden verplaatst naar een nieuwe afspraak binnen dezelfde maand van de oorspronkelijke afspraak. De aanbetaling is in alle gevallen niet restitueerbaar.
Annuleringen & no-shows: Bij annulering of afwezigheid wordt 100% van de kosten in rekening gebracht voordat opnieuw geboekt kan worden.
Punctualiteit: Kom op tijd. Bij meer dan 10 minuten te laat wordt €10 extra in rekening gebracht. Bij meer dan 15 minuten te laat wordt de afspraak geannuleerd.
Haar prep: Het haar moet schoon, productvrij en uitgekamd zijn. Föhnen is inbegrepen. Tenzij de bovenstaande services zijn toegevoegd aan de boeking.
Haarlengte: Minimaal 10 cm vereist voor alle stijlen. Neem contact op bij twijfel.
Gekruld/permed haar: Wij vlechten geen recent gepermanent haar.
Kleine styles: XS en S braids/twists kunnen niet na 13:00 uur geboekt worden. Deze afspraken worden anders geannuleerd.
Braiding hair: Synthetisch vlecht haar (recht en krullend voor boho styles) is inbegrepen. Eigen human hair meenemen is niet toegestaan. Overleg altijd eerst. Vermeld de gewenste kleurcode in de notities. Als er geen kleur wordt opgegeven, ontvang je een beschikbare in-stock kleur.
Human hair: Stijlen met human hair moeten door de klant zelf worden aangeschaft of via WhatsApp worden aangevraagd.

 

Aanbetaling: Niet restitueerbaar, tenzij wij de afspraak annuleren. Foutief geboekte services worden niet terugbetaald.
Last-minute annulering / no-show: 100% kosten worden in rekening gebracht bij annulering of no-show.
Respect: Ongepast gedrag leidt tot annulering van de afspraak.
Wijzigingen: Geef wijzigingen in haarstijl vooraf door.
Automatische annulering: Bij meer dan 15 minuten te laat wordt de afspraak geannuleerd en wordt het volledige bedrag alsnog in rekening gebracht.

 

 

House of Braids biedt ook on-location afspraken aan. Hiervoor geldt een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,38 per km. Neem contact op voor details en beschikbaarheid.
