Booking & Appointment Guidelines

 
  • Appointment Slots: Available every 26th of the month at 10 PM.
  • Non-refundable booking fee: Required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. No non-refundable booking fee = no appointment.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance. In case of an emergency, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within the month of the appointment , but it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge, payable before rebooking.
  • Punctuality: Arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, an additional 10,- will be charged. Appointments will be canceled if you’re more than 15 minutes late.
  • Hair Preparation: Hair must be clean, product-free and detangled. Blowdry included. Add the detangling service, if needed. 
  • Hair Length: Minimum of 10 cm required for all styles. (Please text us if in doubt before booking.)
  • Permed Hair: We do not braid freshly permed hair.Small styles: XS and S braids/twists cannot be booked after 1 PM, and M braids cannot be booked after 4 PM. If you book outside of these times, your appointment will be canceled.
  • Braiding hair: Synthetic braiding hair (both straight and curly for boho styles) is included. It is not possible to bring your own human hair. Please consult with us first. Please specify the desired color code in the notes when booking. If no color is specified, you will receive the standard colors, which may include 1, 1B, 2, 4, 6 or what's left.
  • Human Hair: Styles that require human hair must be purchased by the client or requested via WhatsApp.
 

Terms & Cancellation Policy

 
  • Deposit Policy: Non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment. Incorrect service bookings will not be refunded.
  • Last minute cancellation/No-Shows: A 100% charge applies if you cancel or miss your appointment after 15 minutes.
  • Respect: Please treat our staff with respect. Inappropriate behavior will result in appointment cancellation. 
  • Service Changes: Notify us in advance if you wish to change your hairstyle.
  • Automatic Cancellation: If you’re over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. And the remaining Balance has to be fully paid.

Boekings- & Afspraakrichtlijnen

 
  • Spots: Beschikbaar voor boekingen op de 26e van elke maand om 22:00 uur.
  • Aanbetaling: Vereist om je afspraak te bevestigen en is niet restitueerbaar. Geen aanbetaling = geen afspraak 
  • Herplannen: Wijzigen van de afspraak moeten minstens 72 uur van tevoren worden gedaan. In geval van een noodgeval kan je aanbetaling worden doorgeschoven naar een nieuwe afspraak binnen de maand van de originele afspraak, maar deze is onder geen enkele omstandigheid restitueerbaar.
  • Annuleringen & No-Shows: Annuleringen of no-shows zullen leiden tot een 100% kostenvergoeding, die betaald moet worden voordat een nieuwe afspraak wordt geboekt.
  • Punctualiteit: Kom op tijd. Als je meer dan 10 minuten te laat bent, wordt er een extra €10,- in rekening gebracht. Afspraken worden geannuleerd als je meer dan 15 minuten te laat bent.
  • Haar prep: Het haar moet schoon, productvrij en uitgekamd zijn. Föhnen inbegrepen. Voeg de detanglingservice toe indien nodig.
  • Haarlengte: Minimale lengte van 10 cm vereist voor alle stijlen. (Neem contact met ons op als je twijfelt voordat je boekt.)
  • Gestraight Haar: We vlechten geen pas gestraightte haar.
  • Braiding hair: Synthetisch vlecht haar (zowel recht als krullend voor boho stijlen) is inbegrepen. Het is niet mogelijk je eigen human hair mee te menen, overleg dit altijd eerst met ons. Gelieve de gewenste kleurcode in de notities te vermelden bij het boeken. Als er geen kleur wordt opgegeven, ontvang je de standaardkleuren, die er mogelijk zijn als 1, 1B, 2, 4, 6 of wat er over is.
    • Human hair: Stijlen die menselijk haar vereisen, moeten door de klant zelf worden aangeschaft of kunnen via WhatsApp worden aangevraagd.
 

 Voorwaarden & Annuleringsbeleid

 
  • Aanbetalingbeleid: De aanbetaling is niet restitueerbaar, tenzij wij de afspraak annuleren. Onjuiste boekingen worden niet terugbetaald.
  • Last-minute annuleringen/No-Shows: Bij annuleringen of afwezigheid na 15 minuten wordt 100% van de kosten in rekening gebracht.
  • Respect: Behandel ons personeel met respect. Ongepast gedrag leidt tot annulering van je afspraak.
  • Wijzigingen van haarstijl: Laat het ons van tevoren weten als je je haardienst wilt wijzigen.
  • Automatische Annulering: Als je meer dan 15 minuten te laat bent, wordt je afspraak geannuleerd. En wordt het hele bedrag in rekening bracht
